Hotel Paradiso - Naples

Soundproofing is a major issue, leading to nightly disturbances that ruin the experience!!! Pool experience underwhelming, requiring prior bookings that make it less convenient!!!

Comfortable room, beautiful view, with a delicious breakfast with a variety of options and friendly staff, as well as convenient access to public transport just 600 metres away.

Staff very courteous and helpful. The location is great. Very nice panorama and very clean.

Very good. Great staff, great view. Breakfast was just fine. At night there was a party on the roof terrace, which was very disturbing.

Amazing views and attentive staff

The staff were helpful, especially when assisting with local transportation and restaurant recommendations. Breakfast on the terrace was a lovely, scenic way to start the day, though I would have appreciated a wider selection of options. It was a enjoyable stay but the location's distance from the city center could be challenging for some.

Whole place was exceptionally clean with SPECTACULAR views; beautiful and magnificent location on the whole gulf of Napoli. The check in was quick, the staff was top-class and very helpful. All in all room was brand-new and good-sized; also provided a bath. Amazing food in the rooftop restaurant was the best part.

We travelled as a group - some had a view of a wall despite booking a room with sea view! Very warm in the rooms, air conditioning doesn't work in October. Very small bathroom. The room is very sensitive. The staff has hardly any knowledge of English. except reception. Hotel is off the beaten track.

The shower seal was missing, causing water to spill on the bathroom floor.

Very good breakfast(large buffet with fruits). Free internet connection point. Very good the first night but dissapointing the last one. They had a private party on the terrace at night and customers of hotels couldn't use the terace. In the monring, for breakfast, the terrace was still closed because they were still cleaning it. The best feature of this hotel (remote from historical centre) is the terrace and view of the Vesuve. if you cannot access the terrace. the hotel has absolutely no interest whatsoever.

we recieved a room with a view to naples bay and was beautifull,the staff were very kind especially mario the receptionist,the room is big and very well equiped the breakfast was very good with all kind of choices

far from the city you have to have a car with you

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The stunning view from the rooftop terrace and the cozy little pool were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Just be aware that the breakfast setup could be a bit better, but it didn't ruin our stay at all. 🌅

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great. Restaurant had really good food. The view was amazing. I enjoyed the fact that it was slightly removed from the city.

Obviously it would have been better if it had a pool.for someone who has never been to Naples, it would have been of advantage if the had have been some information about what staff at Hotel Paradison would recommend a traveller experience while in Napoli. All in all though, I really enjoyed my stay.

excellent views and easy access to parks and attractions

I loved the fine panoramic views of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius, while also being just a short stroll away from Vergiliano Park, making it a perfect spot for weekend walk.
